**Terms of Service for ArbiChat**

Welcome to ArbiChat (https://arbi.chat). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and software provided on or in connection with the service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service.

**1. Intellectual Property Rights**

The software, including all material, digital products, and resources provided by ArbiChat, remains the sole property of ArbiChat. Upon purchasing a package, users are granted the license to download and use the code to create applications. However, users are expressly forbidden from reselling any code or applications derived from the use of ArbiChat's software. The license granted is for personal and non-commercial use only.

**2. User Obligations**

By using ArbiChat, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our service's registration forms, including but not limited to your name, email, and payment information.

**3. Refund Policy**

Users have the right to ask for a full refund within 7 days after the purchase if they are not satisfied with the software. Requests for refunds beyond this period will not be entertained.
