Affiliate's Terms and Conditions for ArbiChat

Welcome to the ArbiChat Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 
### 1. **Overview of the Program**  
As an affiliate, you will receive a commission of 25% on all sales generated through your referral link. Your customers will also receive a 5% discount on their purchases.

### 2. **Eligibility**  
Participants must be 18 years or older. By enrolling in the program, you represent that you are eligible to enter into this agreement and to fulfill the obligations set forth herein.

### 3. **Affiliate Link and Usage**  
You will be provided with a unique code to share. This code must not be used for self-referrals. Any attempts to refer yourself will not be counted, and we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program without any obligation for a refund.

### 4. **Payments**  
- Commission: You will receive 25% of the sales generated through your affiliate link.
- Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is €100.
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed every 30 days.
- Payment Method: All payments will be made via PayPal.

### 5. **Self-Referral Policy**  
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have made a self-referral, the commission for that sale will not be paid, and ArbiChat reserves the right to withhold further payments.

### 6. **Governing Law**  
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Spain.

### 7. **Changes to the Terms**  
ArbiChat reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account.
